Digital items Terms of Use

Purchased digital images and free digital images are for personal use only and may not be used commercially or shared digitally in any way.  You may not print and sell digital coloring pages except for in agreement with the Angel Policy (see below).  All illustrations and artwork is protected by copyright law and is owned by Molly Harrison and is not to be reproduced in any way.

*You may sell one of a kind cards and hand made items on a small scale basis (craft shows, and craft fairs).  Each item must be hand produced, one by one.  You must credit (© Molly Harrison) somewhere on the product. If you wish to license images for additional use, please contact me for arrangements.

FAQ about Digital Downloads

Can I color the pages and then share them online?
Yes, you may color them and share on Facebook or other places as long as you credit © Molly Harrison somewhere in the post.

Can I share the files with my friends and family via Email?
No, you may not share the files digitally in any way. 

Can I print out as many files as I want?
Yes!  You may print files for personal use only.  If you make a mistake or want to try different color schemes, print out more copies!  If you want to have a coloring party or color with kids and grandchildren print off more!  As long as you do NOT print off mass quantities, you are free to print as many as you like.

Can I use the images as logos or for business purposes?
NO, I do not allow the use of my coloring pages as logos or use on websites in any way.  If you are interested in licensing the use of my images, please contact me with your questions.  But what if I color them myself and then want to use them as a logo or banner on my website?  Still no...they are protected by copyright and using them in this way is not allowed.

Can I share your coloring pages on Facebook or other social media platforms if they are not colored?
NO, I do not allow sharing of my coloring pages on social media.  Under rare circumstances, I do allow sharing of "freebies" I have on my own Facebook page in other coloring groups.  If this is something you would be interested in, you must ask me first in an email or message.  If I agree to allow sharing of a coloring page that has not been colored, you must credit © Molly Harrison and link the image to my website of Facebook page.

If I color the coloring pages myself, can I sell prints of them?
No.  By purchasing the digital coloring pages or digistamps, you are not purchasing the rights to sell the finished coloring pages.  They are for personal use only. 

Can I make cards by hand and sell them at craft fairs?
Yes!  My Angel Policy allows you to sell one of a kind, handmade cards (or other small goodies) at craft fairs and small shows.  Each card or item must be hand made, one by one, and must have a © Molly Harrison somewhere on the item itself (it can be tiny and on the back somewhere).

Can I use your images that I colored on "print on demand" sites like Zazzle and RedBubble?
No.  My work is protected by copyright and I do not allow selling of my images without a licensing agreement and contract.

What do I do if I see someone selling your work or not giving credits?
Please contact me.  As always I appreciate my fans and customers looking out for me!
